Andrew J. Rorvig

Andy is a partner at the law firm of McEllistrem Fargione, P.A. and a graduate of the University of Minnesota (B.A. 2001) and William Mitchell College of Law (J.D. cum laude 2005). Andy is admitted to practice in both Minnesota and North Dakota. Prior to attending law school, Andy worked at the Minnesota State Senate and the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. Andy has successfully tried jury trials in rural and urban counties throughout the great state of Minnesota, litigated an ERISA subrogation case in Federal District Court, and continues to provide lien consulting and handle social security disability claims as part of his practice.

Since September of 2008, Andy has continuously served as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law where he teaches multiple courses, one of which solely addresses Minnesota's No-Fault Act. When not working. teaching, or lecturing, Andy spends time with his wife and two sons, waiting patiently to return to coaching youth basketball once his boys are out of diapers.  He also serves as one of the elected Directors of the Summit Hill Association Board in St. Paul.
