Andy is partner at the law firm of Hauer Fargione and a graduate of the University of Minnesota (B.A. 2001) and William Mitchell College of Law (J.D. cum laude 2005). Andy is admitted to practice in both Minnesota and North Dakota. Prior to attending law school, Andy worked at the Minnesota State Senate and served in the Consumer Division of the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office. Since joining the firm, Andy has successfully tried jury trials in rural and urban counties throughout the great state of Minnesota, litigated an ERISA subrogation/lien case in Federal District Court, and continues to provide subrogation and lien consulting as part of his practice. 

Since September of 2008, Andy has served as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law where he teaches multiple courses. When not working or teaching, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife his two sons waiting ever so patiently to return to coaching youth basketball once his boys are out of diapers.
